PSI’s dedicated advanced product and application engineering facilities give us the physical footprint needed to manufacture purpose-built powertrains for OEM-specific applications. In addition, our testing and emissions centers allow us to provide high-quality, environmentally certified products.

Our 261,000-square-foot engine dress trim operations facility in Wood Dale offers full customization services to customers based on their specific applications and needs. Processes used in the facility give us the agility and flexibility to respond to the demands of different OEM product lines while retaining the efficiency and quality expected by high-volume manufacturers.

PSI’s 198,000-square-foot  research and development, engineering and large engine displacement assembly facility in Itasca includes a large team of engineers who design and develop our high-performing engines.

Our state-of-the-art 22,400-square-foot research and development center in Burr Ridge, Ill., enables us to develop our engines’ performance in emissions, efficiency, performance, altitude capability, fuel blending and other areas. The facility includes dynamometer tell cells, which improve our speed to market for new products and enhance our ability to support our existing products.

PSI’s 15,000-square-foot Waterford Township, Mich, facility provides electrical engineering design, harnesses and prototype support for the entire PSI organization. The facility also produces thousands of aftermarket and production parts used in our engines.

Our 200,000-square-foot facility in Darien, Wis., specializes in engineering, designing and manufacturing complete, custom-designed integrated power generation packages for a wide variety of applications and markets. The facility has a 100-ton lifting capacity and includes fabrication, mechanical and electric controls assembly capabilities.

Our 100,000 square feet facility in Beloit, Wis,  specializes in engineering, designing, and manufacturing complete, custom-designed integrated power generation packages.
