Session Formats & Time
Sessions include classroom time and guided practical activities where applicable.
Standard In-Person
4–8 hours
Classroom-led instruction with limited hands-on practice.
Best for: Technicians and maintenance staff needing service fundamentals and basic diagnostics.
Advanced In-Person
7–8 hours
Classroom instruction paired with extensive hands-on practice.
Best for: Experienced technicians and field service personnel focused on deep diagnostics.
Virtual
4 or 7–8 hours
Interactive online training, available as a half day or full day.
Best for: Distributed teams who need accessible, instructor-led training without travel.
Class sizes: In person limited to ten participants. Virtual limited to twenty participants.
Pricing
Effective January 1, 2026. Pricing is per class and remains the same regardless of class size (1–10 in-person, up to 20 virtual).

Travel Hint:
If you would like to avoid renting a car during your visit, we suggest taking an Uber from ORD to your hotel, then Uber to PSI if you book a nearby hotel.
