PSI Transportation
Powering the road ahead: Meeting emission standards while maintaining
power, performance and reliability.

Specially Designed to Deliver
Power and Performance
Our emission-certified engines run on a wide variety of fuels – including gasoline, propane (LPG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) – allowing customers to choose the fuel that best meets their needs.
Our Technologies

Fuel Systems
& Controls
Our fuel injection technology, Pulse, enables gasoline engines to be fueled by liquid propane. Pulse’s patented dedicated multi-port systems enable propane to be injected in a liquid state, eliminating the need for vaporizers and regulators, improving cold-start performance and reducing backfires.

Conversions - Making it
Easier to "Go Green"
The Pulse technology is at the heart of PSI’s Specialty Vehicle Modifier (SVM) program, which offers EPA and CARB-certified LPG and CNG conversions on a range of GM specialty vehicles used in the fleet, commercial retail and other markets. GM supplies vehicles equipped with a specialized 6.0-liter V-8 engine to PSI, which installs the fuel system and other hardware. Customers can maintain their OEM powertrain warranties following the conversions.
